Good advice. Being an EMT myself, the first thing we do for possible heart attack victims is give them 4 baby aspirin (320mg). Chew 2, swallow 2. The symptoms he described were classic for a heart attack (MI). Cold clammy, nausea, dizziness etc. With his other medical problems though it could have been from sepsis or anything else.Originally posted by KRL
