From everything he posted it seemed like he did not take care of his body and health very well at all. People, your body is a machine, listen to what it tells you and react accordingly.
Yes.. this should be a wakeup call for people who are fat and lazy(sitting down at a computer a lot will do this) and people who avoid doctors when they have a problem. I just got a Sony PSP and I can easily ride the exercise bike 30 minutes/day(at least) with no problem. The PSP keeps my mind occupied. It was the main reason I got one. I don't want to get Diabetes or have a heart attack or something...Comment

yeah could be connected, all that and his weight... bacteria(from leg infection) might have had some affect on his heart.. People with gum disease have a higher chance of getting heart attacks because of bacteria migrating to the heart(so brush your teeth).. so that's possible with his leg infection, I suppose.Comment

Very sad news indeed. Bill was a good guy and always kept his word on everything he commited to.Originally posted by DomP_nlDamn, We just got the sad news that bjjb passed away from us yesterday. His heart suddenly stopped beating. Our thoughts are with his family, they have to know bill was a great guy with tons off friends all over the world. We all remember him very well and know he's in a better place now.

rest in peace my friend
We are using his site FunandGiggles for an In Memoriam. When you want to say something please go here.
Damn I wish this was another day
If this sad event at least gives a wake up call to those that are in the 'danger zone' (overweight, etc.) at least we can say he didn't pass away without a reason.
R.I.P. Bill and condolences to his family and friends from all of us at AWE.

This is quite tragic. They guy only posted a couple or so days ago that he was feeling rough, then this.
Sympathies go to his family and friends. I read Mutts post straight after he posted it and thought if that was me I would have gone and had myself checked out straight away. If he had he would most likely still be with us.
RIP.Comment

Good advice. Being an EMT myself, the first thing we do for possible heart attack victims is give them 4 baby aspirin (320mg). Chew 2, swallow 2. The symptoms he described were classic for a heart attack (MI). Cold clammy, nausea, dizziness etc. With his other medical problems though it could have been from sepsis or anything else.Originally posted by KRLIts really important as you get older to "Listen" to your body.
When you're in your 40's and you get sudden nausea and dizzyness, you should get to an ER pronto.
Your body is talking to you and saying something is wrong.
So many people ignore the warnings and just drop.
Also once you get in your 40's if you're heavy you should get on 160mg's of aspirin daily to keep your blood thin. It used to be 1 80mg recommended. Recent research has indicated 2 80's are showing better results.
Also monitor your blood pressure on a regular basis.
