Rich affluent popular girls who wear lot of Juicy Couture, Chanel sunglasses, and who's daddys give them new bmw's when they turn 16. Kind of like the girls you see on mtv's show MySweetSixteen.
I hate them but at the same time if I had the option of being spoiled like that growing up I would take it for sure!!
