Visa Regulations

Hello Everyone,

Note to our international clients :: PSW is in the process of setting up 6 additional banks. One in each of the foriegn regions that Visa is requiring, so nothing will have to change for our foreign clients. International clients will still be able to process with PSW!!! We at psw will do all that we can to make this as seamless as possible. We will post more info on our site as we receive it including the fees that Visa will be requiring.

Fuck Visa...just had to add that!

Sounds like very good news!! I'm in a EU country and was thinking about if PSW (or others) started a department/additional bank in one EU country, ie. UK - is it ok to just have a EU (ie. france) company then or do it need to be a UK company?

Why is this not the case with Epoch, CCbill ect it seems to be the only natural thing to do?

That's exactly what I don't understand in the situation of CCBill, Epoch and IBill... what the fuck were they thinking? They had 6 months + to deal with that problem, and they just didnt give a fuck.

Hey guys, first time posting here, someone just dropped me a link to this thread and i wanted to put my 2 cents in...

Im still a little confused, i signed onto ccbill this morning and this little pop up apears with all this visa shit, dumb ccbill cookied the window so i only saw it once, and cant get it back now without deleting cookies and shit..tossers.. this should be front page news!

Ive pieced togtehr bits and from what i can work out is their seems to be the ever hanging $750 charge on my neck... whats this all about?

Im based in the UK, i run a great deal of adult sites using both ccbill and ibill, surely if i have to pay them BOTH im going to have to drop either ccbill or ibill, whats the point of two of them if its gonna cost me $750 extra??

What the fuck is all this "to be paid before nov 15th"?? they might aswell have just fucking invoiced me really, i mean come on, 30 days notice to pay other wise i cant use visa? and the ibill etc only just found out about this?? BOLLOX, they should have done the decent thing and made this public along time ago

hmmm, im still getting over the stitch up with the visa regs on content, i lost alot of shit from that, money doesnt come easy, and now this.. god damm it, wtf is going on??

I tell you what if they carry on like this im going 100% dialers.. im not getting stictched up all the time by Visa.. im really not, if they dont want my business fuck um. ill take it elsewhere, its really sad its coming to this..

Do you honestly think that PSWBilling and Globill have a solution that neither IBILL, CCBill or Epoch thought about? What are the odds all three of those companies were caught sleeping?

The reason IBill, CCBill and Epoch don't have a solution is because to protect their business and those of their clients are COMPLYING with what VISA is demanding, to the letter of the law.

There are no banks in Canada that offer merchant accounts for Adult Internet subscription sites. I'm pretty sure Australia is the same. Great Britain same. Ever wonder why there aren't third party processors in any of those countries?

So for those of you giving GloBill and PSWBilling big pats on the back, make sure you ask the right questions before entrusting your and your partners business with them.

You could be losing your right to get ANY third party processing
in the future should something go wrong with their plans.

I'm not saying I know if Globill's and PSWBilling's plan are feasible or low risk, just ask the right questions and demand full answers.

The cost of getting a US corporation isn't great.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

Thats the take i had on it to..

Ibill and ccbill etc are going to loose ALOT of money from this, im sure if their was an easy solution they would have told us by now.

At the end of the day, most of us, myself included are actually waiting for some kind of official word from any processor,,, even PSW has not given us any definate answer, although I appreciate their honesty....

For now all i can see as a solution is to get everything up via dialer payments, and then work on maybe getting something dutch based up and running, of course, were probaly still going to loose US transactions, but maybe a shift towards the european market wont be such a bad thing.. people seem to like dialers more in that part of the world though, cards may not work, but fuck it, who knows.. im planning backups. but hoping for the best....

For me I see an end to the US customer... but hey, its americans doing this to americans, you guys suffer just as much as me, if you want to pay for a great european porn site and you crappy US visa wont let you do it... lol

Who knows, maybe the whole porn industry will merge as one big C/Card company ...beaVerISA anyone?
