Look at I this ways it's says the right to bear ARMS not GUNS. Now yes guns are in fact arms. So are grenade launchers, tanks, jets, even nukes. Can I own those? No. Why not? I have a RIGHT to bear arms. The US constitution doesn't put any LIMITS on which arms I can own. It's say ARMS not guns. If it said GUNS then I can see why those things are allowed.

So either

A) the 2nd Amendment doesn't mean everyone gets to own a gun

B) or it does and I am being denied my constitutional right to own a tank.

Can't have it both ways. Do guns lovers support the right of citizens to own nukes or are they going to be hypocrites?

Also the fact that I can't own these things means despite what teh 2nd Admendment says ther is over 200 eyars of RESTICTIONS on which ARMS people canown. So the next gun nut that says ANY gun law is "un-Constitutional" need to get a reality checked because restrictions have been legal precedent for over 200 years.

And before someone says my point is stupid please show me the part of the 2nd Amendment where it says I can't own things like nukes.
Yeah because they were worried about that when the constitution was drafted. Jebus man.
