Im all for guns I just think if you are gonna have one you should at least be made to take a gun safety course..

In WA you don't need to wait or go through any background checks unless you buy a handgun at a retail store.
If you buy any legal gun from a private party or a non-retail store you don't have to do anything but pay them your cash.
It doesn't matter if it's a hand gun, AR15 or whatever.
