I'll give you one bit of advice. I'm sure you managed to pick this domain up for a few hundred bucks tops. Don't offer it for more than $3k.
Offering it for a price that nobody is willing to pay will make you look just as foolish like DaddyHalBucks and that HeyYou...ISeeYou guy, desperately trying to sell their shitty domains for years.
Keep it interesting for people to buy.. sure people will be willing to spend a few hundred to a grand more than it's really worth, but more than $5k more? I don't think so.
This is not a non-adult domain, which means you will only be able to sell it to people who do adult business and trust me, these are pretty price conscious buyers. You might be able to find really clueless people if you're selling mortgage related domains but good luck doing the same thing for adult.
