I lift weights 3x a week ride x country, dirt and mainly street when I am home! surfing 2 hours a day rihgt now

I live on the third floor of my apartments and we have no elevators, and the fire alarm goes off in the office at least once a week so we have to use the stairs there. I wish i was in better shape but just work too much and sometimes drink too much
