I didn't make myself clear

What I meant was sure using creatine can defo improve your performance, and is mostly used by "elite" athletes who may feel they cannot push themselves any further, but it can have some lasting effects on your body but this is only if you are using high amounts of creatine regularly.....

I am not saying it is bad and you shouldn't use it.......also i always like to mess with Metaform if you have seen some posts on www.videosboard.com then you will see that we always joe a lot........

I am not an expert in this I only did one year of college in Sports Coaching with Sports development and science but as I said I am not an expert and I may ty and find some of my old notes to back up what I have said......
