I had one and my screen got loose somehow. Had to take it in for repairs. Only negative thing about it that I can mention.

I know 2006 WTF? I heard it's a cooling issue and unless they want to make the G5 PM larger than the current offerings it's just not happening.

I was trying to hold out as well. The announcement this week got me to order. I got a maxed out 15in. 17 seemed a bit too big...if that's even possible.
