I'd argue that some that were already "here" should get off the boat.
I guess some people don't realize that nobody *owns* an industry, esp. this one and the elitist, protectionist attitude is probably the same reason why "new kids" are taking a big slice of the pie. (btw, AWE is not new, just relatively new to GFY in terms of promoting here - this isn't about them specifically)
I can see the protectionist hostility is probably also a result of the fact that those that just sat back and watched the cash roll in "back in the day" now just bitch about everyone ... and watch their profits shift to newbies who are often smarter and more motivated
It almost sounds like the gripping about all those jobs getting outsourced to cheaper (and often more talented) countries ... if you can't keep up, better find another profession. But don't make yourself look like a miserable fool by bashing everyone you deem to be unworthy of being on the boat.
