You stop your car, get out, give the keys to your friend and have him take the old lady to the hospital or wherever she's going and you stay with the girl of your dreams, take her home and get it on.

if i was FORCED to actually stop my car in the rain, probably the old lady. But she will probably die in my car and that would piss me off as I would think her ghost will then haunt my car. If I chose the friend, then I would have to do "small talk" like how have you been, are you married, blah blah etc. I HATE small talke.
