I got myself a personal trainer back in November and have been working out about 2 days a week since. I do slack off a lot though. Especially right before and right after a convention.
I have seen some good results and have gone from weighing 131 lbs. up to 136 lbs and am bigger all around. Yes I'm a light weight, lol. I'm am really tone though. I doubt I can ever truly bulk up though.
