Question for EX-Fat People
I've been working out for 7 weeks now, 5-6 days a week and Ive lost 14lbs. My question is, what have you done about old stretch marks. Im not covered in them or anything by any means, but there are some on my sides from when I was really large.
2nd question... I just started weight training 3 days ago.. Ive already had some scratch type marks appear on top of my shoulder area. Is there anything you can recommend to make these go away also? The more I lift, the more there are.
