    I'm going to start spamming from tomorrow 6 p.m.

    ok, may be not ;)

    But here's a question: I have a SINGLE opt-in list (the emails, the date and the time the emails were collected + the corresponding IPs).

    How do I mail them? Do I have to comply with the CAN-SPAM act or can I just mail them straight. All the emails were collected from an adult site, and all the email owners agreed to terms which state that they're adults and that I can send them mail.

    Big part of the emails are yahoo (and not so many hotmail). Any tips on how to get trough the filters and still be legal?

    Any help, advice appreciated.

              If you ask how you should be mailing them chances are you shouldn't be mailing them at all.

                              If you asking for help here on mailing your probably asking the wrong people unless your ready to be scammed by the trolls selling mailing lists and bad mailing programs that don't work on this forum.

                                  I'm not buyong or selling lists or mailing software. I'm more interested in the legalalities .......
