How do you konw there is no blood? You can't see behind her, maybe she got shot in the back. Being a low-caliber pistol, the bullet would not have made it all the way thru. If it was food poisoning, there would be vomit, and people who die of food poisoning are generally in a fetal position from the stomach pain.
The gun is between her and the exit, which could mean that the killer dropped it on the way out.
So I say, she was shot in the back, with the gun, by Colonel Hot Mustard
