When was that picture taken? I wasn't aware that weed grew in the winter, especially in Canada. If those plants are growing now outside, they'll have a bitch of a time growing because I'm pretty sure weed grows by the seasonal. Grows in the late spring, summer and starts to actually bud in the early fall when you harvest. I know it does here in the states from...... prior expirence..

Maybe Canada is different?
