I do not advertise my broker services to the mainstream world, but if someone came to me with a mainstream site I would not turn it down.
Success rate . . . never stopped to figure it out, and it is a little difficult as sometimes I have clients that are looking to purchase sites (as opposed to selling them), so I may have to give them 20 options before they find one or two they like.
As far as finding buyers I would say 70% would be a pretty safe estimate.Comment

It's funny because most pr3 and pr4 sites are cross linked with a network owned by the webmaster. So if you buy it he can remove the links and you drop to a 2.
I would a pr 5 could be worth a $1000 if it's a decent domain with decnet content, and the links are permanent.
But a pr4 I don't think makes a domain worth a $1000Like the desert needs the rain
