    Has anyone heard of Neova.net???

    Someone mentioned this to me and I have never heard of this biller...

    Aren't they breaking like 15 Visa rules? lol

    I trust CCBill over any proccessor at the moment but yet I am still curious what the deal is with this one?

    Supposely some adult sites use them?!

      never heard of them, and they dont look very professional at alll....

      when it comes to payment processing, i'd rather pay higher fees than lose all my money...

          Why would you say someone is shady and they are breaking 15 visa rules when you give no details whatsoever ?

              You musta confused me with the people on here who like to randomly call bullshit out on people...I simply stated it didn't look very legit on the visa rules and whatnot...

                  If your outlook includes the words " breaking 15 visa rules " yet you give no details i can only go with what i see.

                  Im not bashing your opinion i didnt even go to the site because you didnt drop a link .
