There are sometimes good reasons to 'out' people or sponsors on the boards.

Otherwise, Roger, you're absolutely right on. I see alot of bitching here on the boards that makes me question if a reasonable effort was ever made to resolve the issues beforehand. Sometimes it almost seems that people go right to the board and don't even think about picking up the phone. Sometimes people defy logic. I think I once saw a post on here where someone was looking for the number to CCBill. Fuck, all they had to do was go to their website.
