I had something like this happen to me on Yahoo with one of my listings. I used to have the number 1 spot on a nice keyword that pulled about 3-4k hits a day just from that one keyword.

When Yahoo made their switch to their own listings away from google, I was still listed as number one for my link, but the description was someone else's. Mine was a teen keyword and it was replaced by a interracial description that still went to my link.

Soon after my site was dropped from the yahoo serps as in being banned. The only listing I was able to keep with that domain was for it's directory listings.

It took a year for my domain to get listed again in search.yahoo serps and I'm now listed for a totally different keywords. I can't even find myself under the old keywords I once had. Yet on google I'm always the top 5.
