This sounds like too easy of an explanation, someone could make a killing with this if it was that easy.
Or the pepsi coke thing, where all of pepsi sites would have " drink coke, it tastes better" under their search results ... There just seems to be more to it, if it was that simple, google would have done something to correct this hole.

well under normal circumstances only the fraud domain would appear to be aff
not the other way around ( like here )
We have all seen pr fakers who use this method , but when you check backlinks ( like on the antiracist site ) it shows the REAL domains backlinks..
But normally when people do this they are using a lower domain to gain a higher domains pr, nobody would fake a pr of a lower pr site right.. so its likely that nobody ever noticed that this would work.. ( its even more likely he didnt even intend for this to happen he merely redirected a domain he just bought to aff and google did it on their own )
