Do you think the government of usa wrote a law against jaywalking so you could ignore it ? no .. so why dont they enforce it upon everyone ? because that would be idiotic.. Why dont they change the law to allow some jaywalking ..? because the law works great as it is , they catch people who violate the rule when its a problem .. not as a catch-all rule..
