1st, it's "he's" not "hes".
2nd, using "thread" twice in the same sentence denotes a modicum of illiteracy.
3rd, "asskissing" is spelled "ass kissing" - It's two words.
4th, "how come" is really bad form. Why not merely use "why"?
5th, the proper usage of "aint" is "ain't" - note the apostrophe. Don't get it? Look it up, it is in most dictionaries now.

Learn to proof-read, or lacking that ability you might attempt learning "proper" English usage.

I guess that really depends upon how many times you have to re-read a given post to (hopefully) understand the poster's true message, without having to do integral calculus to interpolate the underlying meaning of what their fingers typed. Personally, I like not having to creatively think just to understand a given sentence on the merits of language alone.

From a business perspective also it tells me something about the person when I read their posts. If they can't spell, or don't care about doing so consistently, that tells me they are sloppy in other areas of their business. I forgive the occasional typo - hell I make them myself and even miss them whilst proof-reading - but to consistently butcher their native tongue tells me volumes about them. But, that's just how I was "brung up".
