theres are plenty of shitty neighborhoods in detroit, theres some nice ones and the same goes for metro detroit, theres shitty neighborhoods and nice ones. of course if you're watching the show on animal planet, the people who usually have huge pet violations are ghetto trash, so you're only going to see shitty neighborhoods.
