Don't worry y'all, he is selling that shit on Russian market if I'm not mistaking. Russians won't pay $30 for a DVD, more like $2 at most. Most of the software giants have a different pricing for Russian market. For example you can buy Flight Simulator 2004 for $45 in US, and you'll pay about $9 in Russia (localized version). And of corse they don't have credit cards and Paypal, so there are other ways to handle the payment.
