                                                                                                                                  It's tiered. The first 10 are paid at $15, the next 10 at $20, the next 10 at $30, etc.

                                                                                                                                  Our pay periods run from the 1st to the 15th and 16th to the 31st. So you have 15-16 days to get that volume up
