                              1/ 1000th of what he could get if he realised or knew. But why bother he would not know how to make a sale if it jumped up and smacked him in the head, he sells traffic and as long as people want to pay, quality is not his concern, numbers and his precious bookmarkers are. And he does a pretty good job of that.
