Good day everyone! I wanted to let you all know that Fastsize has updated its terms of service as of today: January 31, 2005. These changes may apply to you so please read carefully.

1) Affiliates of FastSize.com may not create promotional materials which couple FastSize(TM) against other enlargement companies in a matter which compares products or results. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you are creating a list of enlargement products and placing FastSize(TM) within this grouping or category. Typically, webmasters have created these lists and hierarchies of promotion based on their individual payout, not the performance of the product.
2) Any text or "factual" information written to describe the FastSize-Extender or any function of our device that is not featured on our website (www.fastsize.com) must be approved by our staff before being published. This includes information about the average growth sizes of our customers, the functionality of the product, the method used for enlargement, the product guarantee, or our product compared to competitors.
3) Affiliates of FastSize(TM) utilizing SEO tactics, Google Adwords, Overture, or any other search engine placement system, are restricted from cross-promotional actions. These actions include: (1) placing FastSize(TM) in advertisements which then attempt to sell other products, (2) targeting FastSize(TM) keywords to promote related penis enhancement products, and (3) using FastSize(TM) in your tactics to steer traffic to other competitors.
4) If you are using the term "Fastsize" or any derivatives of the Fastsize(TM) brand in order to promote another brand of product in any manner, your account is subject to termination and you are subject to further legal action. Fastsize(TM) is a trademarked brand and can not be used in any way shape or form to promote competing companies.
All violations of our Terms of Service can result in suspension of affiliate accounts and further legal action if the required changes are not made. If you are contacted regarding making changes to your website to comply with our TOS, you have seven (7) days to comply before automatic account shutoff commences. We can not be held responsible for "lost emails" or other forms of lost communication, that hinders your ability to comply with our requested actions.
