I like:
1 cup red wine
1/4 cup olive oil
black peppercorns (about 6)
1 bay leaf
3 sprigs of thyme
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
and I do one similar to Morgan's Mustard and Teriyaki - give that ago, I bet its a winner!
