Smear some club house montreal steak seasoning over the steaks.
Put them in a container
Dump some good tasting wine in the container with the steaks - keep pouring until the steaks are 1/4 covered (just a bit)
Let sit for no more then 20-25 min
Cook away
Poor leftover sauce on steak when you flip the first time
