I'm researching & contemplating an idea of mine for an offline/mainstreeam business-- i have some questions, if anyone could help.
I am looking at a commercial property to lease at $13 per sq ft x 1800 sq ft.
that comes out to $23,400. I did not want to look stupid with the realtor, so did not ask, but have no problem asking stupid questions here, lol
but is that per month, or for the annual lease term paid in advance??? If that's per month, well fuck it, guess i wont be opening any stores soon, lol.
Ok, i also need a business plan for loans, grants, partners, etc-- does anyone have a great online source for fill in the blank business plans or info on how to write them & what to include, etc
I also need online sources for locating funding via government grants, all the ones i find via googling want me to pay for the information & was hoping to find it elsewere to read & see what my options are
& also, i need to make a decision for paperwork, i need to decide between corp, inc, dba or llc
