LOL ... when it was the "UN scandal", guys were running here to say how it should be dismantled ...The money came from revenues from the United Nations' former oil-for-food program, oil sales and seized assets -- all Iraqi money.

The mistake people would be making here is that the USA are a country, the UN are not. They are a bunch of seperate independed countries.Comment

Nearly $9 billion of money spent on Iraqi reconstruction is unaccounted for because of inefficiencies and bad management, according to a watchdog report published Sunday.
In unrelated news, a kid in the mail room retired early after depositing his paycheck of close to $9 billion... he was last heard saying "This must be my Christmas Bonus finally!" before handing in his letter of resignation.Comment
