Yes, I'm 99.9% sure its being done out of Toronto. (The caller IDS were Toronto)
The legal docs say the name of the corp is "CTV," it has the MTV Logo on it, the company is called MTV, it's on the MTV.ca website preview thingy, and the show i authorized apporval (consent form) for is "MTV LIve."
