I'd guess only ~20% of gallery traffic is really free anymore, so you'll need partner accounts soon or later, no matter which software you're going to use.

With all the free partner accounts that are out there you'd have ~40% of all available traffic covered, the remaining 60% are either paid partner accounts or paid spots. And that part grows every day...

Take a look at PartnerRequester.com for the free Partner Accounts, and Submitpasses.com for the paid ones, you'll need both of them
