              He's asking a little over 6 months income. Considering that the site is probably not maxed out on how much it could make might very well be worth it to someone. To easily prove your theory wrong he could offer it for $500 right now and somebody would buy it.

                  You're going to have to hit that $400 a month for at least 6 months in order to get a decent price.

                  Other observations are you have no Page Rank and Alexa is only 220k. I know these numbers don't mean shit to alot of the people here...but the buyers I would help you in selling the site to (NSFW webmasters) live and die by PR+Alexa

                  My advice to you is to get some quality link exchanges...sit on it for another 4 months. Then sell.

                                          thats not bad for alexa....how old is the site? and if its less than 1k or traffic a dfay thats good for alexa....

                                          but the price is too high,.....i would just keep it and work on it....
