Quitted a few years ago, i was up to 30 a day.
Two weeks ago i started again, did 20 a day for 5 days.
Got so sick that i quitted again. Its a disgusting habit.

Don't smoke cigarettes - can't stand em.

About 7-8 a day. The only thing that keeps me from smoking more is REFUSING to smoke inside my house, that's the craziest thing someone can do, and I think it's why alot of people end up getting to insane amounts of cigs a day, because when the thought hits them, they just light up.
Me, the thought hits me, and I judge when's the last time I smoked, and if its worth walking out in the freezing cold for 5 minutes. Then I say "Nope, not worth it." Then after about 2 hours, I'd stand in the depths of hell for a cig.
