                                      Yes this is Yakov. He has done this before. The latest batch (before this time) was last summer. At that time they made a pitch for biz/.us/.info domains. From all of the threads about this (last year and prior) I came to the conclusion he was just fishing for nice domains and low prices.

                                      Yakov owns some very nice domains. He also has a good reputation as an honest buyer on the forums. But... he also has acted immaturely and has been banned from places (like DNF) before being reinstated.

                                      Just ignore the emails unless you want to undersell your domains. For most, playing in this game would be like Grandma accepting a heads-up Hold'em challenge vs TJ Cloutier.
