Suing for the theft of intellectual property rights would be one thing.... making a big case out of it for bullying is a different issue. It's the wrong angle if you ask me. It taints his appeal as a regular awkward kid.
Which begs the question again.... why BOTHER suing the parrents of the kids who stole the video? There's no money there. Why not go after the site that got 70 million hits off it for starters? Follow the money.
