          i recommend you dish out for an Xserve raid.

              RAID 0 are two drives working together to get allmost double the performance, but when one drive failes, all data is lost.
              RAID 1 are two drives working together to get double the data security. When one drive failes you can continue working while waiting for a new drive.

              RAID 0 gives very good performance but I cannot recommend it because of the risk of loosing data. But if you want the performance, maka a backup regularly.

              There's also RAID 0/1 which uses 4 drives to have data security as well as good performance.

                  Go raid1 on the 400 gig

                  If you seriously fill that you will want an instant backup.
                  Plus if you do fill it......thats a lot of porn!
