    CCBill clicks and FHGs

I was wondering about this, it says:
"Click - The selection of a banner or link advertisement by a consumer. The impact of Web advertisements are evaluated by how often consumers who see the ad click on it."

When you go to stats and look at the clicks, is a click to a FHG like
    http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-.....&HTML=http://FHG.com
    counting as a click?
Or is it the final click to the paysite thats in the stats and affecting the ratios?

No they are counting that link as a banner so yea if you click it, it shows as a click in ccbill stats.

Wrong. The link style he posted goes through ccbill before it hits the FHG.

            make up your mind

Truly, I dont think most people have a clue about this. I noticed when I use FHGs in TGP, the ratio is bad. If I use my own created galleries it's good.
If they count as a click, ratios is useless to compare if you promote with FHGs, especially a mix then.

its the same code as the code that goes to the paysite, but instead of going to the tour it goes to the gallery instead of the tour because of the &html code.

i could send them to google.com at the end of that code and it will still cookie them for the paysite and count a click.

tell whoever runs the program to spend a little bit of $ on a free hosted gallery script that generates the pages with your codes in them so you can see your real ratios.

ccbill records the click that goes through the refer.ccbill.com link...

If you have to link through refer.ccbill.com to the FHG, then loads of the gallery are counted as a click.
If you link to the FHG which has a link to refer.ccbill.com, then loads of the paysite are counted as a click.

I've only seen mostly obscure single girl sites that use the refer.ccbill.com method. It's messy because it stuffs up your average ratios (as you have already mentioned)

Conversions are probably better on self-made gals because the surfers haven't already seen them on 50 other TGPs...

                  referDOTccbillDOTcom/cgi-.....&HTML=/FHGDOTcom

I'm afraid that it doent work properly.

I tried similar link to one of our affiliates:

                  referDOTccbillDOTcom/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=00000-0000&PA=1111111&HTML=wwwDOTURlTopTourPageDOTcom/fhg/index.html

So, it just redirected me to the wwwDOTURlTopTourPageDOTcom other then to fhg page.

Probably ccbill doesn't support such 'deep linking'

PS.sorry guys, all html double slash removed, because of 'You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 30 posts or more.' rule.
