Yup, if you're a moron. The Wikipedia acknowledges that "duplicate content" sites, in some cases, now rank higher than the Wikipedia itself.

I have so many GFDL-licensed Wikipedia pages, it's sick. They make nice AdSense money. In every case, I've linked back to the Wikipedia, so that users can have the "freshest" version. It's not a competition thing -- you're bringing users in through SEO that the Wikipedia itself may not have gotten. On the way through, sometimes they click some ads. Everyone wins.

With some of my "full" Wikipedia mirrors, I have had people add "custom" content in specific areas, which helps a ton with traffic as well.
