I agree about getting an individual. I've tried the services and one day you'll get a good crew, the next time a crappy one. Plus one group stole some earrings from me

As neighbors for recommendations - a lot of times if someone does your house the same day they do a neighbor's they'll knock a few dollars off each one.

I was paying $55 a week for mine - 4br/2.5 baths, living room, den, breakfast room, dining room kitchen. $10 extra to clean the oven or fridge. But she was a gem. I would move her up here if she'd let me. No one around here wants to really "clean"
