That's pretty rare - an undeveloped niche I think. A few of the bigger sites have some goth-like cam girls but there's no specific category besides "fetish".

CamSense (CamContacts) has a nice site fetishfreakwebcams.com that, again, is more fetish than goth. You can link directly to profiles. It may work for you.

I'd check out http://www.darkcams.com/links.php?cat=1 which has a list of solo goth cam girls or http://www.camchicks.com but it was iBill and I don't think still doing live feeds.
