Does your bank charge a SEPERATE wire fee?

I just started getting my money wired by ccbill..I'm already charged 15 by ccbill. Now I find out that I'm getting charged an additional 11 by my bank just to receive the wire...That sounds outrageous..

    Is this normal?

    Yeah. It depends.
When I send out a wire I can choose
    - Pay no fees
    - Pay MY fees
    - Pay all fees

apparently CCBill chooses the 'pay my fees' section when sending wires.
    ..and I'm off.

One of my accounts has a 15.00 incoming wire fee.
One of my other accounts at same bank has a 0.00 incoming wire fee, 5.00 outgoing wire fee and a bunch of other services that I can turn on and off. I however pay extra for this feature (30.00 a month).

Yeah my bank charges me 10 to receive a wire, 15 to send a domestic wire, and more to send an international wire. I forget how much for that though, it's been quite awhile since I've sent one.

My bank charges $15 also for incoming wires. Even if the sender is using the same bank, different branch!
Thats why I still just wait for paper checks.
