Looking for a good affiliate program that can track users individually.

Basically, I am wanting an affiliate program that is:
1) Trustworthy
2) Decent payouts
3. Will give me a detailed report that can show which user from my site signed up, preferably through a unique referral code they each will have in the URL. Ex: User #2054 signs up for one of the affiliated websites, and I can see in the report that my user #2054 has signed up completely and I will be credited for them.

Anyone got any recommendations? I'm pretty new to all this, so pardon if it's a stupid enough question.

Basically, my site rewards my users for signing up for advertisers.
Hell, I'd even settle for just being able to see the IP addresses of the people who signed up, I could use those as well, I just would rather not have a report that just states "You got 5 people yesterday!" cause that doesn't tell me anything.

haha no, it's not a "free ipod" site, but based on that business model. I'm trying to do something with an adult angle, otherwise, why the fuck do you think I'd be posting about it here?

You have to talk to the program owners. I thought about doing the same thing before, they offered to give me IPs names whatever I needed from those who signedu p.

Lots of progs will let you pass a random string for use with banner tracking

Could easily be used for what u want

ARS, Flashcash, AFF are 3 I can think of

Yours only pays for the clicks, not the signups, right? I'm looking for more a per-signup affiliate service, although I do appreciate you responding. yours does offer the referrer info I am looking for.

You will be able to easily implement this with programs that accept dynamic "Campaign"/"Tracking" codes (such that don't need to be pre-defined by you in the webmaster area). Some of the programs that offer this are:

Other programs do have this feature, but each "tracking code" must be entered into the system by you first. You might want to try them also if it fits your needs. These are:
