I guess all the other "brothers" out there who also "nice guys", but unfortunately fall under the category of consumers or surfers, are pretty much shit out of luck.

Juicy: iBill will give you a subscription number in the email. It is usually a 10 digit number.

Paycom will give you a Member I.D. number. The URL you listed is to Paycom. Look at the email you received and see who it was from. ibill (if it was iBill) has telephone support that might be easier for you.
