I agree. Thoughcrime, conspiracy, they're basically the same thing.
Using the new "terrorism" rules basically makes a mountain out of a molehill in this situation. If they gotta bust 'em, then charge 'em with Conspiracy which is punishable by up to 5 years in prison. If even 1 kid made one half assed attempt to further the "plot", then they can all be charged with the conspiracy, and whatever crime they were
trying to commit.
I think they're blowin it out of proportion anyways, they know dam well those kids aren't terrorists.
