What's the deal with SilverCash ?

Do they just not have time to approve new accounts and/or expect webmasters to move on to other sponsors who do have time for support?

There is no live support or program rep ICQ contacts that I can find on their site. Anyone have this info?

Before you go yelling about how I should e-mail them (possibly over and over like *some* programs) tell me why I should .. instead of dumping them right out the gate for non-support.

What are your experiences with getting support from SilverCash when/if you really DO need it?

Their support page seems to have a phone number on it.

I've passed this thread on to Adrian. It's 8AM in California so give it a few hours.

I live in Cancun which brings me to the point, why should I call them anyhow? I don't want to call the US and ask them if I can please be their affiliate. People usually ask me.

I appreciate your help, but if I have to wait 2 days + for account approval then I can't expect too much from their support anyhow.

I think I will move on.

I don't know what your agenda is, but I doubt that you had to wait 2 days for your account to be approved. We have several people, me included, who monitor the pending accts even on the weekends.

We also have a help desk that is constantly monitored, not to mention that we monitor the boards.

Why is it that so often when people who have problems- regardless of who the sponsor is - try to get some help get the knee-jerk reaction of 'You must have an agenda'?

I suppose it's the first line of defence - discredit the person with the problem so the company doesn't look bad.
