But we have set it to index.html, default.html, index.htm, default.htm, default.php, index.php as standards....so your site is up and running....

We have got several servers on several places to make sure that we can guarantee almost 99,99% uptime...Big servers at idealbandwith etc....And yes we only take 404 thats it....

Ok I am confused. Why would there ever be a 404? A 404 is a page not found, meaning some links are missing. If somebody puts up galleries or whatever, there aren't going to be any 404's, ever, so where are you making the money?
On my sites 404's make up less than 1/100 of 1 percent (a few old pages and galleries removed 2 years ago) why would you expect more???I have no signatureComment

This theory of free hosting has been done a zillion times before and it's total bull. Bookmark this post and in a few months when they either close or redirect all traffic then bump it back up. cause alot of idiots use a simple numbering or lettering system such as /001.html /002.html and some surfers look around like that. Still between all the n00bs with 1 post claiming they are joining this farce, like we cant tell who they are, and the cost of a cheap 10 dollar a month virtual account at respected hosts, freehosts are so 1999 and a complete waste for an aspiring webmaster. Just more challenge to make this work.....
Listen me and my partner own several big MGP site's...
I have been long in this buis (7years now) our analys is that 2% of traffic is 404 so with alot of websites and together with the traffic we can live from it. Next we got enough servers doing nothing so this way we use them.....
And I'm glad if you bookmark this page...come back in a year and we will still be alive, also over 4 years etc...guaranteed.......
